A 10-hour General Industry course designed for the agricultural workforce.

 
A training course for entry level workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards in the workplace, specifically the agricultural workplace. Through this training, workers become more knowledgeable about their rights and workplace hazards.

Walking Working Surfaces
Machine Guarding
Tractor Safety
Confined Spaces
Electrical Hazards
Safety Around Livestock
Personal Protective Equipment
Fire Prevention and Protection
Hazardous Communications
Emergency Action Plans

Course Fee: $300 per Industry Participant 
                     $30   per High School and Collegiate student
